One of the goals of the firm is to help educate and train as many that are interested in the legal system and its environment. Applications are open to lawyers with exceptional academic credentials and an avid commitment to innovative law. As part of our commitment to the profession’s development, we accept a limited number of student trainees yet to be called to the Bar ( undergraduate & Nysc Corpers) under our internship and mentoring programme. All applications must be submitted not later than three(3) months before the intended commencement date of the internship, along with interim transcripts and a cover letter from the University Law Faculty. For graduates who have not attended law school, LL.B certificates or statements of results will suffice.

Practice Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager with a strong background in Administrative, Operational or Human Resource management. The successful candidate will ensure smooth day -to- day administration of the firm.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-performing teams of legal professionals, including attorneys and paralegals.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.
  • Oversee practice area budgets, financial performance, and ensure profitability.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, exceptional service, and client satisfaction initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for practice expansion and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards.
  • Leverage technology solution to enhance efficiency, streamline work-flows, and improve client service delivery.
  • Contribute to the firm’s overall strategic planning and long-term success.

 

Position Requirements

  • A bachelor degree in Business Administration/Management or any related field.
  • Any additional qualifications in project management, digital marketing, strategic management are a plus.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in similar role.
  • Technical Proficiency.
